“I make art to show my soul I am listening.” That quote lives at the heart of Tiffany’s journey—and of every piece she creates.
Tiffany Lederle is a self-taught mixed media artist, lifelong creative, and Kansas City native. Though professionally known as a respected COO, federal contracting expert, and AI strategist, art has always been the quiet current running beneath Tiffany’s life—an intuitive force that surfaced most powerfully during moments of personal upheaval.
Gifted from an early age, Tiffany received multiple awards for her artwork in school, including back-to-back Superior #1 ratings at the University of Central Missouri’s High School Art Exhibition. Yet despite early accolades, she pursued a different academic path, earning a bachelor's degree in business and eventually building a distinguished career spanning government contracting, AI innovation, and women’s leadership.
But art never left her—it remained a private practice, a refuge, and a ritual. When grief struck early with the loss of her mother at 18, and again decades later through executive burnout and pandemic isolation, Tiffany returned to art not as a career move, but as a lifeline. In the sacred act of creating, she found both release and reclamation. What began as a quiet hobby evolved into a powerful medium for emotional alchemy and self-expression.
Today, Tiffany owns several companies where she shares her work and encourages others to find power through innovation. Her pieces, often built through layers of paper, fabric, paint, and reclaimed materials, serve as visual journals—evocative, symbolic, and soulfully human. She embraces the title artist now with open arms, even if no one ever sees or buys a single piece.
